Put the sign by the mirror or the till. They enter their name once and their card opens on their phone.
You approve the haircut
The stamp request appears on your phone, tablet or computer. Approve it between clients. Nobody can stamp their own card.
Their free cut gets closer
The card shows how many cuts are left, and it is waiting on their phone next visit.
Built for how a barbershop works
You choose what the card counts and what it gives: six haircuts for a free one, or a free beard trim. Set it to one stamp per visit so a cut is always one stamp.
Every barber stamps the same card from the shared staff screen. Stamp the wrong client by mistake and you can undo it within ten minutes.
The owner overview shows the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with your regulars, clients one reward away and clients who have gone quiet.
Paper cards get crumpled, lost or copied, and you never see who your regulars are.
Every client keeps their card on their phone, and you can see who comes back and who has gone quiet.
