The request appears in your staff queue on any phone, tablet or computer. Any team member can approve it.

The card shows how many visits are left, and it is still there on their phone at their next appointment.

Clients agree to their visits being recorded when they join, and that consent is stored with each check-in. They choose whether to share an email, and you can download the list of those who agreed to hear from you.
The owner overview covers the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with regulars, clients one reward away and clients who have gone quiet.
